Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes, all our events require attendees to be at least 18 years old.

Some events have an older minimum age, which will be stated in the event infomation on the ticket link.

Do I need ID to attend?

Yes, government ID (Passport or Driving License) is required to attend the events.

Is there a dress code for the events?

Generally speaking, our regular events do not have a dress code.

We encourage guests to look good but feel comfortable.

Some events do have a specific dress code, which will be detailed in the event or ticket description. For example our Halloween events are fancy dress or may have a theme and our Slow Jam Soiree is strictly smart dress.

What time are the events?

The timings of each event are available in the event description, but most of our events run from 5pm - 11pm

Tickets are sold out. Will there be more available?

We typically release all tickets when we go on sale. Once tickets sell out, you can join the Waiting List (if it is available) and if tickets become available they will be offered to those in the waiting list.

I have tickets but can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds directly, however if there is a Waiting List available for the event you have tickets to, you will be able to offer your tickets to the Waiting List in the ticketing app. Provided someone in the Waiting List purchases these, you will be refunded.
